WRT in Nepal: Phase II

After a first phase of Water Resilience Tracker engagement with Nepal, which diagnosed a pathway to water resilience through assessment of 14 climate and water policies, Phase II aims to strengthen water governance and climate resilience in Nepal by integrating climate-resilient water management into government planning, implementation, and financing.

This Technical Brief outlines the programme of activities jointly defined with the Government of Nepal to achieve our goal: Strengthen climate-resilient water management through improved policies interconnectedness, enhancing enabling conditions for climate finance, and building institutional capacities.
